Terms of Use
Last updated: April 14, 2026
By creating an account or using QrBro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service description
QrBro is a dynamic QR code platform operated by Webkraft Studio LLC, Delaware. It lets you create QR codes with changeable destination URLs and view scan analytics. Your QR codes point to our redirect service, which forwards visitors to the destination you set.
2. Account responsibility
You must provide a valid email address when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are intended for individual use. Team members should each have their own account.
3. Acceptable use
All destination URLs must comply with applicable law. You may not use QrBro to link to malware, phishing pages, or any illegal content. Destination URLs are subject to automated safety checks. We reserve the right to suspend individual QR codes or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.
4. Free tier
The free plan is subject to usage limits and displays a brief "Powered by QrBro" interstitial before forwarding visitors to your destination. Upgrading to a paid plan removes the interstitial and increases limits.
5. Paid plans and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor, which acts as merchant of record. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days email notice. If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Feature limits are enforced per plan.
6. Uptime and liability
QrBro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webkraft Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from service interruptions, QR code downtime, or redirect failures.
7. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your QR code data and destination URLs. We own the redirect infrastructure and the short URL slugs assigned to your codes. If you cancel your account, your QR codes will stop redirecting immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
8. Intellectual property
The QrBro name, logo, domain, and user interface are the property of Webkraft Studio LLC. QR code images you generate through the service are yours to use, print, and distribute without restriction.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, the data retention and deletion timeline described in section 7 applies.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webkraft Studio LLC and its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from your use of QrBro will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
